3. Minimum Annual Availability
A minimum of 60–90 days per year must be available for short-term hosting to ensure consistent performance and guest experience.
4. Furnished or Open to Furnishing Guidance
Your home must be fully furnished or open to curated furnishing recommendations that elevate guest comfort and aesthetic cohesion.
